In recognition of the Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month in May, Fermilab Diversity Council is celebrating the Asian/Pacific cultural heritage throughout the Fermilab community.
As part of the celebration we are holding the "Asian/Pacific Culture Quiz Contest". Answer these Asian culture related questions every day and you can win up to $100 worth of gift certificates to Mapo restaurant and other items from Asian culture.

Due to limited resource and the entertainment nature of the event, we could not plan this contest to perfection. While our volunteers are working hard behind the scence, it is still possible that there will be hiccups in the system or conflicts in the winner selection process. Amount of prize will be modified in the case of multiple (tied) front runners. In any of these cases, we do apologize and would appreciate your understanding.
Rules of the Contest:
Three questions will be posted from Monday to Friday in May for four weeks.
You can either come to this website or go to the question board placed in the atrium of Wilson Hall to answer these questions. Each correct answer carries a value of 1 point.
A valid Fermilab ID is required along the answers. Contestants are responsible for input errors.
Answers submitted in both ways will be counted together. For repeating answers to the same questions from one Fermi ID, we will only count the one we received first.
7 winners will be selected weekly based on scored points.
The person who scores most points in all four weeks is the final winner for the whole contest.
Prizes will be presented to winners at the Asian Tea Festival on May 29th in the Atrium of Wilson Hall.
Fermilab Diversity Council reserves the rights of final explanations of all rules.
